1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing, purchasing, or using any services provided by Home Offer Lab LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Nature of Services
Home Offer Lab LLC provides marketing, advertising, automation, AI systems, and lead generation services for real estate professionals and businesses.
We do not:
Act as a brokerage or licensed real estate entity
Provide legal, financial, or investment advice
Guarantee specific results, transactions, or income
All services are provided on a best-effort basis.
3. No Guarantees / Earnings Disclaimer
You acknowledge and agree:
We make no guarantees regarding leads, appointments, closings, revenue, or results
Any examples, case studies, or results shared are illustrative only
Results depend on factors outside our control, including:Market conditionsYour sales abilityFollow-up speed and consistencyAd spend and budgetCompetition in your market
You assume full responsibility for your outcomes.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree that you are solely responsible for:
Following up with leads and appointments
Closing deals and managing your sales process
Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws (real estate, advertising, TCPA, etc.)
Providing accurate and timely information
Maintaining your own licenses, disclosures, and legal obligations
Failure to perform these responsibilities does not create liability for the Company.
5. Payment Terms
All payments are:
Non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing
Due as agreed upon (setup fees, performance-based fees, or other arrangements)
If applicable:
“Pay per close” or performance-based structures are subject to good faith reporting by the Client
You agree not to withhold, misrepresent, or conceal closed deals
We reserve the right to:
Suspend or terminate services for non-payment
Charge late fees or pursue collections if necessary
6. No Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Home Offer Lab LLC shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to:
Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
Missed deals or failed transactions
Advertising performance or lack of results
Platform issues (Meta, Google, CRM systems, etc.)
Data loss, system errors, or automation failures
Client misuse or mishandling of leads
All services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
7. Limitation of Liability
In any case, our total liability (if any) shall not exceed the amount paid to us in the previous 30 days.
You agree that this limitation is fair and reasonable.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Home Offer Lab LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
Your use of our services
Your violation of any laws or regulations
Your handling of leads, clients, or transactions
Any claims made by your clients, prospects, or third parties
9. Third-Party Platforms
Our services rely on third-party platforms (including but not limited to Meta, Google, CRM systems, SMS/email providers).
We are not responsible for:
Platform outages or bans
Account restrictions or ad disapprovals
Policy changes or algorithm updates
Performance fluctuations due to platform factors
Use of these platforms is at your own risk.
10. Intellectual Property
All materials, systems, funnels, scripts, automations, and strategies provided remain the property of Home Offer Lab LLC.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, or resell our systems
Share proprietary materials without permission
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services at any time for:
Violation of these Terms
Non-payment
Misuse of services
Fraudulent or unethical behavior
No refunds will be issued unless explicitly stated.
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including:
Internet outages
Platform disruptions
Natural disasters
Government actions
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through:

If unresolved, disputes may be handled through arbitration or courts in our jurisdiction
You agree to waive participation in class actions.
